Squire Sanders is presenting a series of webinars focussing on the key labour and employment issues in various countries throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States.

  • how data protection law in Russia is evolving
  • why uncertainties in the data protection legislation can lead to deadlock
  • an overview of the areas where data protection issues can arise including HR records/data processing, data held by third parties, international disputes and internal investigations
  • how far can employers go when monitoring employees

The main webinar presentation will last 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute question and answer session. It will be conducted in English.
